Moisture which appears in a cold weather whether the interior or exterior of your window panes can cover the view, make drips on the floors, or even cause the glass to freeze. This process is called condensation. It is where aerial water vapors condense into liquid and precipitate on interior and exterior surfaces. Although it looks like a natural occurrence, chilled surface condensation can cause hidden problems. Read on to fully get a grasp of it.

As a starter, it is stated that condensation is a carrier of negative effects to humans. To determine them, evaluate if you are feeling dank. Spot discolorations in your interior. Also, check if there are musty patches and smells muggy.

You might even notice distorted wooden sides. Excessive can also crack, blister, or peel paints in and out of your home. Overall, it deteriorates any home. Apart from structure problems, it can also affect our health. As stated by the World Health Organization, a percentage of sixty five and higher can cause upper respiratory illness. This is dangerous for people who have asthma and allergies. On the other hand, low moisture may prompt to itching and skin dryness.

As it can greatly affect our health condition, experts suggest to keep an indoor humid level of about thirty to fifty percent. Other from that, you might be wondering how to deal with humidity in both winter and summer season. During winter, it would be best to have increased level to have greater comfort. Nose and throat do not dry easily when you opt to humidify the air. Also, most people are comfortable with the inside relative humidity of twenty five to sixty percent. This is to be accompanied by an indoor temperature of sixty five to seventy Fahrenheit.

In summer, many people are experiencing inconvenience with both high levels meet. To reduce hotter atmosphere, eradicate unwanted humid. Just simply set your air conditioners to a temp of seventy two to eight two Fahrenheit.

So whatever season may come, you have to check every nook and corner of the home. Always maintain a balance between humid and home temperature. Remember that even within the comforts of your home, there is potential harm when not supervised.
