Any miscalculated move will surely affect the quality of your malt. From your raw materials to your equipment, everything should be ready.

However, the simplest of all are through the use of the dishwasher. Its heat property is sufficient to kill bacteria that lingers on your bottles. It may come tricky at first. However, as a piece of advice, it is advisable to perform it during your bottling activity. This way, you can prevent fur and other unwanted elements reside in the materials.

Keeping your kegs clean is one of the most important jobs you should not forget. This material is very important especially during the fermentation process. As much as possible, you need to eliminate any development of molds from your kegs. For cleaning, using a hot water and mild soap with a small brush will really help.

In relation to that, you should maintain your kegs clean too. There are different types of kegs you may purchase. They are all differ in structures and sizes. When sanitizing it, apply a hot water. Get a friendly detergent and try to scrub it with a small brush. A new or unused toothbrush perhaps. That will do the trick.
