Collaboration in the education industry is critical for the improvement of learning procedures. There are different classes of players who are involved in the process and their collaboration is very imperative. Teachers, mentors and students are on one hand. The other group is made up of the policy makers add those entrusted with the role of implementation of the policies made. Joint effort by the two groups creates harmony and thus creates better learning environment.

The learning instructions are one of the most important tools that the teaching fraternity can adopt. The instructional rounds are developed by the policy makers after the careful analysis of what the education sector needs. The process of collecting views from the students and the teachers about what should be included in their syllabus is done frequently. All their opinions ought to be taken into consideration during this process.

The different views collected are then assessed and bundled into a framework. The feedback from the teachers and students form a very important part of this framework. The program draws several concepts depending on the level of teaching. There ought to be a very good convergence of ideas from the teachers, students and the policy makers. This is what boosts the level of collaboration.

During the implementation of the various frameworks, supervision of teachers and other professionals involved in the dissemination of information is critical. This is especially for the new professionals who have just been employed. The mentoring classes are commonly organized after the end of semesters. This mainly happens after four months. Mentors oversee the training sessions. Special education coaches may lend their hands in the issuing of instructions.

There are several approaches to the concept of learning curves and instruction cycle. Some teachers opt to undertake the program after every four months. This is mainly after the completion of different semesters. Such programs are overseen by a lead teacher of an experienced supervisor. Instructional coaches may take over the role of mentoring the teachers at this point. The progress is reviewed after some time. Some of the mentors may use some tests to assess the progress.

Mentoring is also very important for the experienced teachers. The mentors opt to divide the teachers into a number of teams. The teams could be further subdivided into smaller groups of four or five. Small teams are easy to manage. The make the learning enjoyable as most of the work is done in form of discussion. Teams eliminate the free riding spirit as the mentors evaluate the contribution of each member in such groups.

The mentoring process has several benefits that both the teachers and the mentors end up enjoying. Through the process of team training, teachers are able to meet new friends and also articulate their abilities of opinion expressions. Training also equips them with other skills such as patience which may be very helpful in teaching.

The mentoring process should also focus on introducing the teachers to the various aspects of technology. With the current changes in technology, mentoring and training of teachers would be a great way of integrating technology into teaching. With increased used of handheld devices, the rate and efficiency of information dissemination is likely to be high.
