Talking About Hill Country Well Services

By Michelle Stevens

Getting yourself a well in your backyard? Uhm, why? Did you not see that movie The Ring? Do you really want a terrifying little girl to crawl out of that thing and into your home, effectively killing you? Forget the VHS tape and the whole crawling out of the television, this is a faster way of getting yourself done in. You will not even last as the main protagonist in your movie. You will be the first one to die all because you want to drill a well right by your home. We will stop complaining for you. Here, sit down and let us speak about this Hill Country Well Services.

With flowers in her hands, she sought to bring color to her newly made well. She did not expect to find someone else there though when she went up to it. It was another girl and she has yellow hair. A blonde stranger had entered her garden and sat on her well. What is the meaning of this?

Many years later, there have been rumors about a mountain. Mt. Ebott was known to be a dangerous place to be since everyone who enters it, does not come back. It has been like that for as long as Chara remembers.

Chara is our protagonist. A little girl from a small village just below the mountain, raised by uncaring parents in a religious village. Chara hated humanity because of its cruelty. She has been tormented and scorned by them all because she had been born with red eyes. Yes, even by her parents.

She now had no will to decorate her new well. The flowers she prepared for it fell to the grass as she stomped back into her home, ignoring the well that now felt ominous to her. It gave her the shivers as she passed it. She suddenly felt so cold and ill, like her health suddenly left with her blonde counterpart.

Speaking of wells. Remember that Spongebob Squarepants episode? Where Spongebob, Patrick, and Squidward got stuck on a well? That whole dialogue while they were there has been stuck in our brains for years since we were kids. Why? Nickelodeon kept repeating that particular scene in commercials all the freaking time.

We even did one voice recording of it and ended up laughing ourselves silly because we sounded so damn ridiculous. Got to learn the word Claustrophobic because of that one. And no, it is not a fear of Santa Claus. It is a fear of closed and tight spaces. We thought it was ridiculous but guess what we also discovered?

She laid like that for a while and wished death to take her. There was too much pain she did not even notice that tears were springing from her red eyes. It was all too much. She sobbed into the golden flowers there and unconsciously whimpered for help, knowing no one would hear her. Not in here.

It only took two more days for her hair to completely turn golden. Nina was as ill as ever and felt helpless. She blamed the well. She hated that thing and she regretted having it made. Nina went outside and sat by it, glaring down. A little later, she heard footsteps behind her. When she turned to look, she was not surprised to find a young version of herself. Hair still brown, looking at her curiously with flowers in her hands.
