When cracks are noted, one is advised to undertake repairs. Concrete is regarded as a poor material as it ends up developing cracks after a relatively short time. Occasionally check for cracks on the walls and on the floor as this causes high rates of drainage. If they are noted, one is advised to empty it and then carry out repairs.

In conclusion, changes in temperatures can lead to leaking. During the cold seasons, the solidification of water tends to happen, and this develops cracks among other damages on the pipes. It is however noticed after the weather changes back to a warmer state. It is advisable to cover the area during this season and may require that it be drained completely during the cold duration and then check for these issues later.
