An end mill is a type of cutter in the manufacturing industry. It is a tool used in various industrial milling executions. It is well known for its drill bit in geometry, manufacture and application. Actually, a drill bit can be cut to an axial direction only, but milling bit can cut all kinds of directions. Every end mill is also used in all machining applications, such as plunging, face milling, tracer and profile ones.

Actually, there are different purposes and importance of machining in the industry. The machining technique is usually used to machine and produce workpieces made from cutting materials. Actually, the use of the End milling cutter stacks help the daily operation of a company. Actually, this is a certain metal cutting operation done using the single edged tool or so called machining cutter.

The tool used in producing prismatic components, flat curved, parallel stepped, threads, inclined faces, square, slots and tooth systems. Mostly, there are some basic methods applied in the operation of the plain and face methods. Most of the methods may also differ from each other and to the direction of the feeds.

The usual type of mill is basically a motor driven spindle. This will be mounted and may revolve a milling cutter and an adjustable worktable. These machines are also classified as horizontal and vertical. Most of the engines are also classified as ram type, knee type and planer type. Most of the machines have coolant systems, electric drive motors, variable spindle speeds and power operated feeds.

Most of the operations are also one of the common machining operations in the industry. It is applied for the proper edge finishing and for the material removal. There are parameters that can also influence the forces of the cutters. Both forces and parameters are also unpredictable and the results may come in huge dimensional variations.

Actually, the operation method may also remove all types of materials by performing the small and separate cuts. This can be accomplished by using the spinning cutters and teeth at extreme speed or even the combination of the two approaches. The speed is also measured through its length for every material of the cutter.

Actually, there are various types of cutting equipment and tools used in every engine or machining center in the performance of the operations. Usually, they are removing the materials by a certain movement of machines and directly from the shape of the cutters. This process is a common way to remove the metal in the industrial procedures.

It is used on different industries, especially in the aerospace and automotive. The quality is also a vital factor to consider in the entire production process. The quality of the surface is very important for a quality machined surface and may improve corrosion resistance and creep life. The surface finish of the product will also depend on the experience of the operator and the machining environment.

Hence, there is also a need for the development of the simulation system that is also capable to predict a surface of the workpiece and can be able to predict the surface. The process is also very beneficial for the industries and for their operations.
