If you can get your roles closer together, than that is better for you.

Find an accountant. If you have never owned a business in the past, it is a very good idea to hire an accountant to do your taxes for you. That way, you are certain you are saying all of your expenses properly and you are working out all your discounts precisely.

Build up a staff. In the beginning, to keep the expenses down, you'll be working alone. This is going to mean you will be working long days and hard hours. Working on building up a cleaning business is difficult, especially when you start off with only a couple of homes. You want to impress your first few customers as speedily as you can so they like to recommend you to their acquaintances and family. The earlier that occurs, the earlier you can hire on a staff.

Initially, you'll be able to afford to hire on one extra person to work alongside you when you go on all your roles. This can finally work up to hiring 1 or 2 additional people.
